Overview

Free Touchscreen Test ("we," "us," "our") provides a browser-based touchscreen diagnostic tool at freetouchscreentest.com (the "Service"). This policy explains what data the Service handles. The short version: every test runs locally in your browser, and we do not collect, store, or transmit the touch, gesture, or drawing data the tests generate.

Information we do not collect

The multi-touch, gesture, draw, tap-accuracy, dead-zone, latency, and scroll tests read touch and pointer events directly from your browser and render results on the page you're looking at. None of that data is sent to a server, stored in a database, or shared with any third party. If you close the tab, the results are gone.

Local storage

The Service uses your browser's localStorageto remember one thing: your light/dark theme preference. This value is stored only on your own device, is never transmitted anywhere, and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Cookies, analytics, and ads

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers on this site. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first, and any such use will be limited to privacy-respecting, non-identifying tools.

Server logs

Like virtually any website, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information for security and reliability purposes — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — in server access logs. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors or to track behavior across sessions.

Contact form

If you reach out through the form on our Contact Uspage, we use the information you provide solely to respond to your message. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your message with third parties.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age — consistent with the rest of this policy.
